At last a break in the weather, so decided to meet up with a few mates to wet the fly gear for the 1st time in '08, at Garnffrwd, for a catch & release ticket.
Bright sunlight hampered the fishing but we still managed 7 fish between the 3 of us. Personally, I managed 3 - all falling to a small bloodworm imitation, fished slowly (practically static!) on a floating line. Biggest fish was approx 2lb.
